any item we will issue you a store credit, minus the 15% restocking fee.

If shipment appears damaged outside, make note, open and inspect the contents, and notify the driver of the damaged or missing goods and file a claim with the carrier. Once we receive the damaged items we will send out new
ones or contact you with our intent of replacing.
Please include the packing slip or a copy of your invoice and a brief description of your reason for return.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If you place an international order, we will contact you for updated shipping prices, Our shipping costs provided in the site are based on USA shipping. Your shipping will be determined by location, weight and quantity purchased.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
All our orders are shipped by First Class Mail, if you need an order shipped any other way, you must note so in the comment box of your order and we will contact you for additional shipping fees. It is our intent to get your appliques to you as quickly as possible.
